I worked with Alison during my senior year and gap year while navigating the college recruiting process. Even though I had an early D1 offer, I wasn't ready to commit. Alison helped me manage two years of recruiting, applications, and coach communication, ultimately leading me to the right fit at UNH.

We found Alison during the fall of Hunter's senior year. He knew he wanted to ski for a Division 1 program, but we were completely overwhelmed by the admissions and recruiting process. With Alison's help, we connected with coaches, scheduled fall visits to several New England schools, and began the daunting task of completing the Common Application. Alison was instrumental in guiding Hunter through every step of the application process while keeping him organized and on track as he balanced ski racing with maintaining strong grades in school.
Alison met regularly with Hunter throughout the process. When he was offered a spot at one of his top-choice programs but wasn't ready to commit, Alison helped us navigate the situation, communicating with the coach and ensuring Hunter maintained a strong relationship with the team.
Hunter ultimately decided to take a gap year, and we were happy to continue working with Alison for another year. While the pace of the gap year process was different, her guidance was just as valuable. Alison helped Hunter set realistic goals, stay organized, and continue building relationships with coaches. He applied to additional schools and was thrilled to accept an offer at the University of New Hampshire, where he is now excelling both academically and athletically.
